About Me
I'm a software engineer focused on backend development, system reliability, and security. Over the past two years, I've worked on production software using .NET and Django, with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Redis. I've also worked with React and Next.js and deployed applications on Azure and AWS.
I approach problems from a systems perspective. I care about clean data models, predictable APIs, and code that remains maintainable over time. I've worked in legacy codebases, improved existing systems incrementally, and led security hardening efforts that helped us pass independent penetration testing without high-risk vulnerabilities.
While backend engineering is my primary strength, I'm comfortable working across the stack and contributing to design discussions, documentation, and technical decisions. I value taking ownership of problems and understanding their underlying causes rather than settling for surface-level fixes.
I also contribute to open-source projects like Plane, Huly, Omarchy, and SuiteNumérique Docs with 200+ contributions across them. My work goes beyond fixing bugs. I've improved existing features, introduced new functionality, and worked across the UI, backend, and APIs. I enjoy exploring unfamiliar codebases, understanding how things work, and finding better ways to solve problems.
